Job Title : HR Executive Location : Noida Department : Human Resources Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment process Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and physical files Draft offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documentation Handle employee queries and grievances in a professional manner Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data Coordinate training sessions and performance appraisal processes Ensure compliance with statutory requirements Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities Prepare HR reports and maintain dashboards as required. Support organisation’s business development needs. Key Skills: Good understanding of HR processes and labour laws Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational and time management skills High level of integrity and professionalism Proficient in MS Office and HR software Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in an HR role (experience in logistics/freight forwarding industry is a plus) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: 20 to 25k Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 28/07/2025 Expected Start Date: 07/07/2025
