Job Description

HR Coordinator


What You'll Do


Talent Acquisition & Coordination

  • Create compelling job postings and publish them across relevant platforms.
  • Shortlist resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
  • Collect and track interview feedback and candidate statuses in a timely manner.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with hiring managers and different teams to deeply understand hiring needs.
  • Ensure smooth communication between candidates, panelists, and internal teams.

Admin & HR Operations

  • Support the People team with day-to-day documentation and internal tracking.
  • Assist with employee documentation, joining formalities, and basic compliance tasks.

Culture & Engagement

  • Ideate and organize team events, office celebrations, and offsites.
  • Coordinate external activities and team-building experiences that promote connection.
  • Keep a pulse on employee engagement and help drive a fun, inclusive culture.


What We're Looking For


✅ 1–2 years of experience in a coordinator role

✅ Prior experience with resume screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups

✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Strong organizational skills – you’re the one with the checklist!

✅ A quick learner with a solution-oriented mindset

✅ Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment


The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday as working days
