Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hub Manager to lead our dynamic co-working community at The Address Co-working Space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the overall success of our hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones
  2. Build relationships with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals to promote our co-working space
  3. Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the growth and profitability of the hub
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hub, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for members
  5. Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, including coordinating with vendors and contractors
  6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  7. Collaborate with members to understand their needs and provide tailored support and resources
  8. Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service
  9. Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, including member information and sales data


Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a co-working or shared office environment
  2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required


Desirable:

  1. Experience in facility management, operations, or hospitality
  2. Knowledge of the local business community and entrepreneurial ecosystem
  3. Certification in sales, marketing, or business administration (e.g., MBA, CIM)
