About the Role:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS tools, and recruitment best practices.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
