HR Intern – Recruitment Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad Position Type: Internship (Full-time/Part-time – depending on your preference) Duration: 3 to 6 Months (can be extended based on performance) Stipend:performance based huge incentives Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic female HR Intern to support our Human Resources department, specifically in the area of recruitment and talent acquisition. The intern will work closely with the HR team to identify, attract, and engage top talent for various roles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in drafting and posting job openings across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and feedback Assist in employer branding and outreach activities Support HR team with daily operational tasks and documentation Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Should be based in or able to commute to Sahibabad, Ghaziabad What You Will Gain: Practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes Exposure to HR tools and hiring platforms Opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment Certificate of Internship upon successful completion Potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,854.17 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person
