HR Recruiter

Job Title: HR Recruiter Location: Pune Department: Human Resources Job Summary: The HR Recruiter will assist HR operations and oversee functions including recruitment & talent acquisition. The role requires a deep understanding of HR practices within a political consulting firm, ensuring smooth workforce management and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for political consulting and campaign roles. • Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs. • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and offer rollouts. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement • Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment. • Organize engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. • Support conflict resolution and grievance handling. 3. Compliance & HR Policies • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. • Maintain employee records and handle legal documentation. • Implement HR policies aligned with the unique needs of a political consulting environment. 4. Performance Management & Training • Assist in performance appraisals and feedback sessions. • Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs. • Support leadership in succession planning. Qualifications & Skills: • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration. • 06 - 1 years of experience in HR, preferably in political consulting, media, or a related industry. • Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and employee relations. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic political environment. • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools. • Marathi language is a must.
