Job Summary We are seeking a proactive, target-driven, and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across all verticals of the Saaiesh Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling multiple recruitment pipelines, delivering within tight deadlines, and enhancing the employer branding of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)1. End-to-End Recruitment ProcessCollaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Create, update, and publish job descriptions for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic pre-screenings, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews, ensuring a cultural fit.
Manage timely interview feedback and follow-ups.
2. Onboarding and DocumentationFacilitate smooth onboarding of selected candidates, ensuring timely documentation and induction.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare offer letters and employment contracts in the standardised Saaiesh Group format.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
3. Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentActively promote Saaiesh Group’s culture and values across platforms to attract top talent.
Engage in campus hiring initiatives and social media campaigns to build talent pipelines.
Maintain a pool of potential candidates for future openings.
4. Coordination with Management closely with the Talent & Operations Head for weekly updates on recruitment status.
Prepare and present hiring dashboards, candidate progress reports, and hiring forecasts.
5. Process Compliance and Continuous ImprovementEnsure adherence to company recruitment processes and policies.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for a better candidate experience.
Stay updated with current hiring trends, market salaries, and best practices.
6. Mandate TargetsMeet monthly and quarterly hiring targets as defined by management.
Ensure TAT (Turn Around Time) for each position is adhered to.
Maintain high candidate conversion ratios.
Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or wellness industries.
Proficiency in using ATS systems, MS Office, and social media recruitment tools.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring cycles simultaneously.
