Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring the right talent is hired for each role.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Coordinate the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of recruitment tools like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Positive attitude and team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
