HR Recruiter

Job Summary The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring needs to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. This role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. The recruiter collaborates closely with hiring managers and other HR team members to meet workforce requirements in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Source candidates using job portals, social media, databases, and employee referrals. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews. Interview & Coordination Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in preparing interview materials and evaluation forms. Collect and organize candidate feedback post-interview. Candidate Management Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Handle offer negotiations and post-offer engagement. Documentation & Reporting Maintain records of all recruitment activities and candidate data. Prepare regular hiring reports and analytics for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Collaboration Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs. Partner with the HR team on employer branding and campus hiring efforts. Support other HR functions as needed.
