As an HR Recruiter at PineSucceed located in Jaipur, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment. Your tasks will include sourcing potential candidates from various job portals, screening and shortlisting prospective candidates, and conducting skills assessments as per job requirements. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this position. Your job responsibilities will involve sourcing relevant profiles from multiple job portals, scheduling, follow-up, and coordination with candidates to ensure show-up and feedback from the interviewer. You will be expected to develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates, work closely with Hiring Managers to understand overall needs and requirements, and consistently meet the performance metrics as defined by the Manager. Co-ordination with consultants will also be a part of your role.
