Job Description

As an HR Recruiter at Super Industries, the parent company of Oxizun Personal & Home Care, located in Sector 125, Kharar, Punjab, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for FMCG and field sales roles. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting telephonic interviews, and coordinating interviews with department heads. You will also be maintaining databases, preparing recruitment reports, assisting in employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives, handling walk-ins and internal referrals, and supporting HR documentation and administrative tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
