Job Description

HR Operations Manager – Delhi

Location: Delhi (On-site)
Experience: 3–4 years in HR Operations
Salary: ₹5 – ₹6 LPA
Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee record management, and exit processes
Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
Maintain and audit employee files and HR databases
Support internal audits and reporting requirements

Requirements

3–4 years of proven experience in HR operations
Strong knowledge of payroll coordination, onboarding, and exits
Proficient in Excel, HRMS tools, and documentation
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work full-time on-site, 6 days a week
