HR Manager / HR Executive

Job Title: HR Manager / Sr. HR Executive / HR Executive (Multiple Positions) Location: Delhi & Faridabad Experience: 4–6 years preferred Industry: Open Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager/ Sr Executive-HR / Executive HR to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement for our offices in Delhi and Faridabad. The ideal candidate should be able to independently handle HR responsibilities and manage a small recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding) Manage job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate coordination Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs HR Operations:Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases Handle joining formalities, exit process, and documentation Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely processing Employee Engagement & Compliance:Support grievance handling, performance tracking, and appraisal coordination Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.) Conduct induction programs and employee welfare initiatives Coordination & Reporting:Liaise between management and employees Coordinate with internal departments for staffing and HR needs Prepare and present HR reports to management regularly Requirements:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field Minimum 4 years of experience in HR generalist and recruitment roles Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
