Qualifications required: - 2-3 years of experience, with a must-have in IT industry recruitment. - Education: MBA in HR or equivalent. - Immediate joiner. - Strong recruiting skills and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. - Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees. - Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills. - Attention to detail and good judgment.,
