We are hiring for "HR Manager Cum Admin"

Location :* Shamshabad, Hyderabad*
Timings : Rotational Day Shifts
6 Days Working

Industry: Retail or Interior Industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for hotel and restaurant staff.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of talent.
• Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program in line with industry standards.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Maintain HR records and prepare regular HR reports.
• Organize team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism) and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of HR systems, labor legislation, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
