Internship Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern (female candidates only) to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone seeking practical experience in HR operations and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Support HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation
• Assist in compliance processes related to PF, ESI, and labor laws
• Help coordinate induction and onboarding activities
• Maintain and update internal databases and HRIS tools
• Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, PF & ESI will be a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Available for full-time on-site internship for 3 months
