HR Internship

Responsibilities - Screen resumes and application forms - Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates - Post, update, and remove job ads from various platforms - Prepare HR-related reports, such as training budgets by department - Assist in organizing company events and career days Requirements and Skills - Previous experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is advantageous - Familiarity with resume databases - Proficiency in MS Office - Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting - Basic knowledge of labor legislation - Strong organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field This is a full-time internship with a contract length of 6 months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday. Candidates should be able to commute to Pune, Maharashtra, or be willing to relocate before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and having 1 year of total work experience is an advantage. The work location is in person.,
