HR Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your career in Human Resources. Successful interns will be offered a full-time HR Executive role upon completion of the internship period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
• Support onboarding and documentation of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events
• Help with daily HR operations and administrative tasks
• Draft HR communications, policies, and reports as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate pursuing or recently completed (preferably in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to work full-time from office (no remote option)
