Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: 5K

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. This internship will offer hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and a chance to work closely with experienced HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (70% focus):

• Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Draft job descriptions, JD postings, and recruitment-related communications.
• Assist in campus hiring and walk-in drives.
• Maintain candidate database and prepare recruitment status reports.

Other HR Support Activities (30% focus):

• Assist in onboarding and induction processes.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR documents and support data entry tasks.
• Support in creating HR reports and presentations.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment and human resources functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
