Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities and events.
  • Help with HR documentation, such as contracts, policy updates, and compliance records.
  • Handle general HR queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Collaborate on HR projects to improve processes and support the department’s objectives.
  • Participate in performance management processes and support team members in various HR-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience in HR or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team player.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
