Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy: Align HR initiatives with business goals and lead strategic planning for workforce development.
Compliance & Policies: Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regularly update HR policies and procedures.
Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning in collaboration with department heads.
Performance & Compensation: Implement performance management systems and supervise payroll and compensation processes.
Employee Engagement: Drive engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives across the organization.
HR Operations & Onboarding: Streamline onboarding and maintain accurate employee documentation and records.
Employee Relations: Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment.
Leadership Support: Advise senior management on organizational design, change management, and people strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT, Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel.

Female candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
