HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws. You will act as a key point of contact for employee queries and help ensure a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and HRIS systems.
• Support in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
• Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll departments.
• Handle employee grievances and support conflict resolution efforts.
• Track and manage attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
• Assist with training and development initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
