Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance Location: Warangal, Telangana Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–2 years preferred (Freshers with knowledge may apply) Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain and update attendance, leave records, and salary structures. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc. Prepare and file statutory returns on time (PF, ESI, etc.). Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement and payroll reconciliation. Maintain employee records and documentation. Assist in audits and labor inspections. Support HR operations and policy enforcement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field. 1–2 years of HR experience with payroll and compliance exposure preferred. Knowledge of HR software/payroll systems is a plus. Good understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficient in MS Excel and basic HR documentation. Immediate joiners preferred.
