HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive Location: Chandigarh Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–3 Years Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in Chandigarh . The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for recruitment , along with managing attendance , onboarding , salary preparation , and employee engagement activities. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Work with department managers to fulfill staffing requirements in a timely manner. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment dashboards. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitor employee attendance and leaves daily. Maintain accurate records and coordinate with team leads for updates. Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll. Onboarding & Documentation: Conduct employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Collect and verify joining documents and maintain employee files. Payroll Assistance: Support in preparing monthly salary sheets based on attendance and leave data. Coordinate with the accounts department for timely salary disbursements. Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and internal communication. Assist in resolving employee concerns and building a positive work culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations. Strong understanding of recruitment and HR practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
