HR Domain Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations – hiring, onboarding, documentation, and exits
• Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks
• Coordinate payroll processing and support statutory compliance
• Drive performance management processes
• Manage HRMS tools (Zoho preferred)
• Employee engagement and grievance handling
• Support leadership with HR insights and reports
• Building a strong, people-first culture aligned with THW’s values

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience (preferably in D2C/FMCG/startups)
• Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and performance frameworks
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setup
• Proficient in HRMS tools (Zoho experience is a plus)
• Strong with communication, documentation & labour law basics
• Based in Pune or nearby – this is a full-time, on-site role at our Viman Nagar office
