Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and professional House Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of a private residence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, discreet, service-oriented, and capable of managing staff and vendors, maintaining household standards, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the residence to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Supervise, schedule, and manage domestic staff (housekeepers, cooks, drivers, gardeners, etc.).
• Act as the main point of contact for vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Manage household budgets, petty cash, and expense reports.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs; liaise with service providers for appliances, security systems, etc.
• Organize household inventory, including groceries, supplies, and other essentials.
• Plan and oversee formal and informal events, dinners, or gatherings.
• Ensure the security and safety protocols of the property are followed at all times.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding the principal’s personal and professional matters.
• Provide concierge-type services as required (travel planning, shopping, errands, etc.).
• Oversee guest hospitality and ensure all visitors are properly attended to.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a private residence.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Knowledge of household systems and staff management.
• Ability to handle emergencies and resolve issues independently.
• Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
