House Manager

• Staff Management:This includes hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling household staff like housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, and nannies.
• Property Maintenance:Managing all aspects of property upkeep, including repairs, renovations, and routine maintenance of household systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• Budgeting and Finance:Overseeing household finances, managing budgets, tracking expenses, paying bills, and handling payroll.
• Event Planning:Organizing and coordinating events, parties, and social gatherings, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
• Inventory Management:Maintaining an inventory of household supplies, groceries, and other essentials, and ensuring timely restocking.
• Security Management:Implementing and maintaining security protocols, managing security systems, and coordinating with security personnel.
• Administrative Tasks:Handling scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative duties.
• Guest Relations:Ensuring guests are welcomed and attended to, addressing any needs or issues that may arise.
