We are looking for candidates from hospitality industry having experience in food and beverages for the role of House Manager. Desired candidate should have 4 to 6 years of work ex. in below area.


Job Role:

  • Obtain & coordinate for the food menu daily as guided by nutritionist
  • Manage and monitor residence requirements pertaining to stock replenish, usage, supply, etc. ensuring smooth operations.
  • Managing the daily roles of staff at residence along with upkeep.
  • Resolving the staff issues pertaining to leaves, uniforms, their accommodation, etc.
  • Manage/host/coordinate for the events and parties at Corporate residences which would include – food & beverages, décor, licenses, event manager coordination.
  • Host events at corporate residences
  • Train the house staff on appliance/equipment utilization
  • Maintenance and upkeep of all the appliances, equipment at the residence along with landscape
  • Stock check of all the household requirements and discuss replenish as needed.
  • Ensure all items are maintained with uptime and coordinate repair if needed
  • Handle the Corporate lunch area at corporate office.
  • Support in guest relations at corporate office.
  • Candidate should have worked handled responsibilities pertaining to food & bverages, hospitality in hotels.


Required Skills and Qualification:

  • Graduate in Hotel Management
  • Knowledge on various cousines and beverages
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Event Management - end to end


Required Competencies:

  • High on integrity and personal ethics
  • High on follow-ups and meticulous approach.
  • Self motivated and focused.
