Job Title: Hotel Manager Location: Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month Accommodation & Food: Provided by the hotel Experience Required: 8 to 10 years in hotel management or hospitality operations Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at our hotel in the scenic location of Mukteshwar, Uttarakhand . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth guest experience, managing hotel staff, and maintaining high standards of hospitality and service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service Manage hotel staff: recruitment, training, performance monitoring, and scheduling Monitor budgets, manage expenses, and optimize profitability Maintain hotel property and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hotel supplies and maintenance Maintain occupancy and revenue reports; suggest promotional ideas to boost occupancy Ensure all licenses, compliances, and records are updated and maintained Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or relevant field (preferred) 8–10 years of proven experience in hotel operations and staff management Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Knowledge of hospitality software systems is a plus Willing to relocate and stay on-site (accommodation & food provided) Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 (based on experience) Free accommodation and meals Work in a peaceful and picturesque environment Opportunity to lead a well-established property Interested candidate can also call at: 7291993498 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
