Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition via

  online travel portals

  (Goibibo, MakeMyTrip, Booking.com, etc.)
• Build and manage partnerships with

  travel agents and tour operators

• Manage and update

  hotel website

  , Google profile, and online listings
• Plan and execute

  online promotions and seasonal campaigns

• Monitor and optimize

  OTA dashboards, reviews, and pricing strategies

• Coordinate with owners on business growth plans and guest satisfaction
• Provide support to onsite staff and ensure smooth hotel operations

Required Experience & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in

  hotel sales, OTA management, or hospitality operations

• Familiarity with

  OTA platforms, customer acquisition, and travel agent networking

• Strong communication, and digital coordination skills
• Ability to manage promotions, listings, and guest feedback professionally
• Passion for travel, tourism, and delivering meaningful guest experiences
