Job Title: Head - Project Controls

Experience: 23+ Years

Location: Vadodara/KSA/Qatar/Kuwait

Requirements:

  • Degree in an engineering or relevant discipline
  • Lead and coordinate the full scope of project control functions including planning, cost control, risk management, change management, and reporting
  • Experience in planning, progress measurement, cost control, change management and document control on all project phases from front end design through to construction completion which should have been gained in the refinery, petrochemicals or oil and gas industries
  • Significant experience and capability in management of contracts, budgeting, controlling costs, planning, scheduling, and management of change.
  • Knowledgeable across engineering, procurement, and constructions execution - Understands the use and applications of Project Controls department tools and systems.
  • Good mentoring skills teaches, coaches, and mentors to help assure individual and team success as well as develop the next generation.
  • Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the Project Execution Plan, including WBS, CBS, Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure
  • Software proficiency: Primavera P6 Module, SAP etc.
