Job Title: Head of Marketing – Retail Jewellery Store


Location: Hyderabad with travel involved

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Managing Director / CEO

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead the brand and growth agenda for our retail jewellery business. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical rigor, team leadership, and a deep understanding of customer behaviour in the jewellery segment. The ideal candidate will spearhead omni-channel marketing, drive customer acquisition and retention, and build a differentiated brand experience.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Eleve’s annual marketing strategy

Drive national market expansion

Shape and evolve Eleve’s premium brand identity

Oversee full-funnel marketing campaigns

Head all digital and performance marketing efforts

Build and execute in-store marketing programs

Leverage CRM and customer data

Lead PR, events, and brand collaborations

Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team

Own marketing budget and analytics
