Head of Fundraising & Partnerships

The Head of Fundraising & Partnerships will be responsible for driving the organization’s capital raising initiatives by establishing and nurturing relationships with angel investors, venture capitalists, institutional investors, and strategic partners. This role will focus on generating investments for AICRA’s projects, including India STEM Lab, Startup Investment Platforms, AI & Robotics Programs, and future innovation-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with AICRA’s growth objectives.
• Identify, approach, and engage angel investors, VCs, corporate funds, and institutional investors to secure funding for AICRA projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investment networks, family offices, and funding agencies both in India and globally.
• Design and pitch compelling investment proposals and presentations to prospective investors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align project requirements with investor expectations.
• Negotiate partnership terms, investment agreements, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.
• Represent AICRA in investment summits, networking events, and industry forums.
• Track, report, and present fundraising performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 8-12 years in fundraising, investor relations, or strategic partnerships in technology, education, or innovation-driven sectors.
• Strong existing network of angel investors, venture capital firms, and strategic partners.
• Proven track record in securing funding for large-scale projects or startups.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of STEM education, technology incubation, AI, and robotics sectors (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver results under tight timelines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
