Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications like:

• Odoo (Python/PostgreSQL)

• Magento (PHP/MySQL)

• Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript)

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for each application using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Handle environment-specific configurations (staging, production, QA).
• Containerize legacy and modern applications using

  Docker

  and deploy via

  Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE)

  or Docker Swarm.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using

  Terraform

  ,

  Ansible

  , or

  CloudFormation

  .
• Monitor application health and infrastructure using

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog

  , or equivalent tools.
• Ensure systems are

  secure

  ,

  resilient

  , and

  compliant

  with industry standards.
• Optimize cloud cost and infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT support teams for seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot performance, deployment, or scaling issues across tech stacks.

Must-Have Skills:

• 6+ years

  in DevOps/Cloud/System Engineering roles with real hands-on experience.

• 2+ years

  managing or leading DevOps teams.
• Experience supporting and deploying:

• Odoo on Ubuntu/Linux with PostgreSQL

• Magento with Apache/Nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL/MariaDB

• Node.js with PM2/Nginx or containerized setups

• Experience with

  AWS / Azure / GCP

  infrastructure in production.
• Strong scripting skills:

  Bash, Python, PHP CLI

  , or Node CLI.
• Deep understanding of

  Linux system administration

  and

  networking fundamentals

  .
• Experience with Git, SSH, reverse proxies (Nginx), and load balancers.
• Good communication skills and having exposure in managing clients.

Preferred Certifications (Highly Valued):

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional

• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

• Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer

• Bonus: Magento Cloud DevOps or Odoo Deployment Experience
