Head - Enterprise Data Management and Analytics (Large GCC)

About Company

Our client is a large global organization with an established set up in India across multiple sites. As part of their global growth strategy, they are looking at a senior technology leader to lead a global team driving data management, analytics, data sciences and AI capability across geographies.

Role and Responsibilities

- As part of leadership team, you will be leading a global team of 300+ people across sites and functions including data management, data analytics, platform integrations and AI to drive global strategy.

- You'll partner with diverse business functions and vendors to drive automation and build AI capabilities across platforms to drive efficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

- At least 20+ years experience post MS/Masters working in a global environment with a reputed MNC.

- Strong experience leading teams across enterprise data management, data analytics and AI leading a team of at least 200+ employees.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills with track record of success working in a global environment.

- Our client will prefer candidates with prior experience working in a global role leading multicultural teams.
