HCM Cloud Functional expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration and solution delivery across

  HCM Cloud - Benefits & Compensation

• Act as a

  functional SME

  for client engagements - from requirements to demos
• Work on

  support projects

  and provide resolution to functional issues
• Create

  Functional Design Documents

  , manage end-to-end

  Functional Testing

• Liaise with clients, understand HCM processes, and deliver optimal solutions
• Use SQL for basic

  data analysis and debugging

What We're Looking For:

• 6 years of experience in

  Oracle HCM Cloud

  (support projects preferred)
• Strong understanding of

  HCM business processes

• Excellent communication & client-facing skills
• Must Have experience in Benefits & Compensation Modules & Able to handle Clients on Requirements, Solution, Support Issues, Demo
