Researches and analyzes basic and complex issues surrounding our business processes and systems. Collaborate with Master Data Management team to provide solution architecture input on strategy and initiatives to support management reporting requirements. Ability to support shop floor activities such as label creation and generation, scanning/transactions of sub-assemblies and finished goods Troubleshooting transaction issues pertaining to goods movements, inventory discrepancies, and component backflush issues Mentor business and functional team members to increase their competency in SAP. Perform all duties according to company policies and safety rules and regulations. Perform other duties as necessary. Qualifications : BS degree in computer science or engineering with 10 years of experience or MS degree with 5 years of experience. MBA preferred - Related Field 5+ years of functional/configuration experience in SAP consulting, systems integration, or architecture role At least 3 life cycle implementations of SAP ECC SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred Experience supporting manufacturing plant personnel with day-to-day ERP system processes Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach. Have a good understanding of SAP best practices Must be an expert in analyzing, creating system specifications, and developing tests and implementing business solutions utilizing SAP technologies. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have good communication skills and should have a proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience managing projects and working with a team Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues.
