About The Opportunity

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective gym members by showcasing membership options and personal training packages.
• Conduct gym tours and personalized consultations to understand clients' fitness goals and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up with leads and nurture long-term relationships to drive membership conversions.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective consultative selling techniques.
• Collaborate with the on-site team to develop and execute local marketing and promotional strategies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer data using CRM systems.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Proven sales experience, preferably within the gym, fitness, or wellness sectors.
• Must-Have: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Must-Have: A customer-centric approach with a demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships.
