Role Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to generate sales. Conduct needs analysis and assess customer fitness requirements. Present gym services and memberships to potential customers effectively. Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to enhance customer experiences. Utilize CRM tools to track sales leads and customer interactions. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Conduct tours of the facility to showcase the amenities and services. Provide prospects with informative and persuasive communication about fitness offerings. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns. Collect customer feedback to enhance service delivery. Organize and participate in promotional events and workshops. Maintain knowledge of fitness trends and industry developments. Assist in onboarding new gym members to ensure a smooth transition. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions. Contribute to maintaining a positive and motivating gym environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the fitness industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage with diverse clientele with varying fitness interests. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Strong negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals. Ability to work in a team and contribute positively to the workplace. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and workout programs. Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service. Ability to handle objections and provide effective solutions. Prior experience in lead generation and closing sales is preferred. Positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
