Position Overview: We are looking for a creative thinker with a strong understanding of brand storytelling to join our team. This role involves ideation, conceptualization, and development of brand proposals and content pitches, in close collaboration with our Business Development and Strategy teams across verticals. Key Responsibilities: Concept Development: Interpret brand briefs and strategies to craft original and impactful concepts, scripts, and narrative structures. Client Presentations: Confidently present and pitch creative ideas, treatments, and scripts to clients, articulating the vision and securing buy-in. Visual Storyboarding: Develop visual treatments and pitch presentations (PPM), complete with references, shoot direction, and editing style recommendations. Presentation Design: Write and design clear, well-structured concept notes and PowerPoint decks that effectively communicate content strategies and ideas. Content Experience: While not an execution-heavy role, prior exposure to the production process of video content is preferred. Strong visualization and referencing abilities are essential. Creative Execution: Demonstrate persistence and dedication in refining and evolving ideas into full-fledged concepts. Cultural Awareness: Maintain a strong understanding of pop culture trends, digital content formats, and the content creator ecosystem. Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in content creation, strategy, or a creative role Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and visual Deep familiarity with pop culture and current trends in the digital content space Immediate availability is preferred This is an opportunity for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking and is ready to contribute meaningfully to brand storytelling and content innovation.
