Role Overview

Growth & Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective leads through LinkedIn, email, and marketing communities
• Assist in crafting outreach messages and lead-nurturing communication
• Manage MDB’s social media calendar (primarily LinkedIn); schedule, publish, and monitor posts
• Track post engagement and assist in analyzing what’s working
• Monitor website traffic, visitor behavior, and performance using basic tools like Google Analytics
• Collaborate on email marketing and newsletter campaigns
• Assist in preparing marketing presentations, case studies, and pitch decks
• Stay updated with marketing trends and suggest ideas for experimentation

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or Business
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Interest in B2B marketing, brand building, and content strategy
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn, Canva, Google Sheets, and analytics tools (a plus, not mandatory)
• Curiosity to learn, initiative to try new things, and a growth mindset
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely
