Job Description

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in client management. You will have a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships, coupled with the ability to drive sales growth and manage exceptional customer relationships. This role combines both new business acquisition and strategic account management, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and value. Manage a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and prospect new business opportunities, both within existing accounts and new clients. Develop tailored sales strategies for each client to drive revenue growth. Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, becoming a trusted advisor. Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals to meet sales targets and KPIs. Build new relationships and address client issues promptly. Understand clients" needs and exceed their expectations by offering tailored solutions. Regularly communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover further sales opportunities. Ensure smooth post-sale implementation and support by collaborating with internal teams for successful delivery of services. Create client profiling for each client and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Track sales performance, customer interactions, feedback, and account growth metrics, reporting progress to management. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams for successful client solution execution. Share insights and feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology. - Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on account management. - Strong understanding of digital transformation, digital marketing, IT initiatives, and MarTech sales process. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing accounts effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Highly organized with strong time management skills. - Proficient in CRM software experience will be an added advantage. Desirable Skills: - Experience in technology and the banking domain will be an advantage. - Negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles. - Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented. - Skilled in relationship building.
