Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in client management. You will have a passion for building and maintaining strong client relationships, coupled with the ability to drive sales growth and manage exceptional customer relationships. Provide feedback to internal teams to refine product offerings and marketing strategies. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams for successful client solution execution. Share insights and feedback from clients to improve service delivery and product offerings. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology. - Minimum 3+ years of sales experience with a focus on account management. - Strong understanding of digital transformation, digital marketing, IT initiatives, and MarTech sales process. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing accounts effectively. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. - Highly organized with strong time management skills. - Proficient in CRM software experience will be an added advantage. You will be responsible for reviewing pre and post transaction alerts from an AML perspective. It is essential to ensure that appropriate systems, procedures, and controls are in place and operating efficiently for Trade. Timely submissions of monthly MIS related to Trade AML alerts and reports to management are crucial. You will coordinate the rollout across all markets in alignment with the group implementation plan. In this role, you will also be coordinating IT initiatives and issues concerning systems used by Operations/AML Advisors. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating BCP/DR testing and taking appropriate measures to manage crisis situations effectively. Building skills and talent through local/international certifications related to AML will be a key focus. Initiating and driving operational excellence activities will be part of your responsibilities.
