Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a GRC Analyst, located in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The GRC Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing governance, risk, and compliance programs. Daily tasks include risk assessments, compliance audits, policy development, and monitoring regulatory changes. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience - minimum 3+ years required
Proficiency in using GRC tools and software to streamline and automate risk and compliance processes ( i.e. Audit Board)
Familiarity with various cybersecurity frameworks Suchita as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls etc.
Skilled in audit management
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks
Experience in conducting risk assessments and compliance audits
Policy development and regulatory monitoring skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or similar are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
