Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphics, visualizations, and presentations for architectural and interior design projects (commercial and residential).

Design project brochures, client presentations, mood boards, and marketing collaterals.

Develop and maintain visual branding guidelines in line with the company’s design standards.

Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to develop visual content.

Translate complex architectural data into easily understandable graphic visuals.

Prepare layouts and graphic elements for both digital and print formats.

Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools relevant to architecture and interior design.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in architecture, interior design, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

A portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of layout, composition, typography, and attention to detail.

Experience with architectural representation and an understanding of design documentation.

Excellent visualization and storytelling skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related disciplines.

Experience with tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or 3D rendering software (bonus).

Knowledge of branding and marketing in the design space.
