Job Title: Golang Developer

Experience: 5+ Years
Work Location: Mumbai, Pune, Indore, Kolkata, Noida, Bangalore, Ahmedabad
Availability: Immediate to 1 Week
CTC: Up to ₹14 LPA (Based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Only (No WFH/Hybrid)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Golang Developer with a strong background in backend service development and API architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable and robust microservices, REST APIs, and backend components using Go. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and APIs using Golang (Go).
• Build and optimize scalable microservices-based applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Implement best practices for backend development, performance tuning, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, DevOps, and QA.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across systems and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of backend development experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang (Go) development.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and working with HTTP-based protocols.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software architecture.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and container technologies like Docker.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Exposure to Kubernetes or similar orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or NewRelic.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
