General Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Summary:

Saini Toyota is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and target-driven Sales General Manager (GM) to lead its passenger car sales operations. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Group GM in the automobile sector, with a deep understanding of sales strategy, team management, customer satisfaction, and dealer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to consistently achieve monthly and yearly targets.
• Design and implement effective sales strategies to maximize vehicle sales and profitability.
• Ensure smooth dealership operations including showroom floor management, test drives, documentation, and delivery experience.
• Monitor and improve lead conversion ratios, enquiry handling, and customer walk-in management.
• Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams to design customer acquisition and retention campaigns.
• Drive institutional and bulk sales initiatives with corporate clients and fleet owners.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Prepare performance reports, forecasts, and business reviews for the management.
• Ensure compliance with Toyota’s sales standards, processes, and policies.
• Train and upgrade the team on product knowledge, customer handling, and sales pitch.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Group GM in the automobile sector is mandatory.
• A strong understanding of the Toyota product line-up and market positioning is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and people-management skills.
• Proficiency in dealership software and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
