General Manager

Job Title: General Manager – Washing, Sorting & Granulation (Plastics Division) Location: Khushkhera Bhiwadi Rajasthan Department: Operations / Production Reporting To: Managing Director / COO Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to lead and manage our complete plastic recycling operations — from bottle/flakes washing , colour & polymer sorting , to granule production of HDPE, PP, and LDPE . The ideal candidate should have deep technical know-how and operational expertise to ensure high productivity, quality, and efficiency in end-to-end processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead overall operations of the Washing, Sorting & Granulation plant Set and monitor daily/weekly production targets, machine utilization, and manpower planning Ensure optimal performance of: Washing lines (hot/cold) Colour & polymer sorters (NIR, optical, etc.) Extrusion & pelletizing (granule) lines for HDPE, PP, LDPE Manage raw material input to output ratio and minimize wastage Implement quality control systems for sorted materials and finished granules Coordinate with Maintenance, Electrical, and Quality departments for smooth operation Ensure proper documentation, shift reports, production logs, and stock flow Plan continuous improvement in productivity, process efficiency, and safety Liaison with Purchase, Sales & Inventory teams for timely support and dispatches Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, operators, and contract labour Required Qualifications & Skills: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering 10–15 years of experience in plastic recycling (HDPE, PP, LDPE), out of which at least 3 years in a managerial position Strong knowledge of: Washing & drying systems Color & polymer sorters Extrusion & granule formation Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills Capability to handle plant workforce and ensure discipline Experience in ERP-based production reporting preferred Work Schedule: [Insert Work Timings / Shifts] CTC Range: 50k to 60k 8800020275 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
