Electrical Manager

Job Title: Electrical Manager – Plastic Washing, Sorting & Granules Division Location: KHUSHKHERA BHIWADI RAJASTHAN Department: Electrical & Maintenance Reporting To: Plant Head / Technical Director Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Electrical Manager to lead and manage all electrical operations and maintenance activities for our plastic recycling plant, including HDPE, PP, LDPE washing, sorting (color/polymer), and granule production lines . The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge in industrial automation, electrical troubleshooting, and team leadership in the plastic processing or recycling industry. Key Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and supervise the electrical maintenance team to ensure smooth functioning of all production lines Oversee electrical systems of washing plants, color sorters (NIR/optical), extrusion machines, and granule pelletizers Ensure uptime of machinery by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Analyze root causes of recurring electrical issues and implement long-term solutions Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for synchronized operations Manage and optimize energy consumption and electrical load distribution Maintain and update all electrical documentation, diagrams, and maintenance logs Ensure adherence to electrical safety protocols and compliance with statutory norms Vendor coordination for spares, AMC, and electrical upgrades Guide junior engineers and technicians through training and supervision Required Skills and Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Diploma holders with strong experience can also be considered) 8–12 years of experience in plastic recycling or polymer processing industry Strong expertise in: Industrial PLCs, Drives (VFDs), Motors (AC/DC), HMI panels Color sorting machines (e.g., NIR, optical sorters) Granulation lines, extruders, hot/cold washing systems Good understanding of HDPE, PP, LDPE material behavior and related processes Skilled in preventive maintenance planning and troubleshooting under pressure Leadership qualities to manage a team of electricians and supervisors Work Schedule: 9:30 to 7:00 CTC/Salary Range: 35000 to 45000 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
