Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for General Manager based in GOA. The General Manager will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales, sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team at Indismart Hotel, GOA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and ensuring the hotel meets its sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Proven experience in a sales leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a 3/4-star hotel Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Sales and Business Development skills Sales Operations and Team Management skills Customer Service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities Experience in the education or hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Proven track record in sales and marketing Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a 40-villa resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences Develop and implement strategies to support significant expansion and future growth Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse hospitality team, including recruitment, training, and performance management Set and achieve financial and operational targets specific to the hospitality industry Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, partners, and stakeholders Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold the highest standards of quality and service Identify and resolve operational challenges to drive continuous improvement Requirements: Proven Army background is required Age limit: 55 years Prior experience in a senior management or leadership role, preferably in hospitality or resort management Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies Experience with financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment Relevant degree in business, hospitality, management, or related field preferred What We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Supportive and collaborative work environment A chance to be part of a growing, high-potential resort in South Goa Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
